Each product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. If the product fails due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
The following are covered under warranty:
Functional failure or sealing defects under normal use;
Devices that have not been disassembled, modified, or used beyond the specified limits;
Products installed and operated as per the user manual.
Warranty expired;
Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the manual;
Mechanical shock, impact, liquid intrusion, or human-induced failure;
Damage from corrosive gases, overpressure tests, or improper cleaning;
Unauthorized disassembly or repair;
Use of expired ferrofluid (>5 months storage) without inspection.
Contact our technical support team with bulk ferrofluid product model, serial number, usage conditions, and issue description;
After evaluation, we will guide you on return shipping or on-site service if applicable;
Repairs are typically completed within 7 working days after we receive the returned unit;
For non-warranty cases, a repair quote will be provided for approval.
